Position Summary

The Line & Ramp Service Supervisor will supervise a team of Line & Ramp Service Agents during a shift. You will ensure the team is coordinated, informed, disciplined and motivated while supporting ramp operations according to Jet Aviation safety, service and quality standards.

The posted hourly ranges default to the regional location and do not include premiums. The baseline range is $24.00-$25.00 per hour. The current available shift is 10 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of Line & Ramp Agents during a shift; motivate the team to deliver high levels of customer service and meet FBO goals.
• Carry out ramp operation tasks including aircraft towing and pushback within established procedures and quality standards.
• Recommend and implement programs to support customer needs; resolve inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively; encourage employee involvement and suggestions for improvement and growth of the FBO, its people and processes.
• Contribute to performance feedback and keep management updated on team performance; plan, assign, and direct work while maintaining appropriate staffing; address employee relations issues.
• Ensure employees receive communications and training to enhance safety, customer service, and company values; conduct training and develop employees to improve performance.
• Participate in Safety & Quality Management Systems and promote a positive safety culture; identify and report hazards, near misses, and occurrences as required.
• Represent Jet Aviation with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network.

Shift & Compensation

The current shift is 10 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM. Hourly base range : $24.00-$25.00 per hour.

Work Environment

Work will occur in both maintenance and upscale customer areas. Noise levels are moderate with occasional higher volumes during aircraft arrivals. Exposure to vibration and possible fuel fumes. Ability to work in all weather conditions is required.
