Job descriptionPatient Demographics : Adults Patient Volume / Census : Clinic : 20-22 patients / day Cath Lab : 3-4 hospital consults / day, 4-6 EP cases / day (depending on case length) Case Mix : Cardiac Electrophysiology, Heart Rhythm Disturbances, Ablations No. of Beds in Department : 268 EMR System : Cerner Reason for Coverage : Ongoing locum support Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Temporary Privileges Available : Yes Credentialing Timeline : 30 days Rate : TBD Overtime Rate : 1.5x normal rate (after scheduled shift) Holiday Pay : 1.5x normal rate (New Year s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : TBD Left-Sided Ablations Cardiac Electrophysiology Heart Rhythm Disturbances Must have completed 100 EP cases in the last 2 years (case logs required, emphasis on ablations) Licenses : Active Arizona License (IMLC Accepted, Willing to License) Board Certification : Electrophysiology BC / BE Certifications : ACLS, DEA (Arizona Registered) Experience : Minimum 1 year in Electrophysiology Other Qualifications : Proficiency with Cerner EMR Provide expert care in Cardiac Electrophysiology, particularly in heart rhythm disturbances and ablations Perform hospital consults and EP cases in the Cath Lab Manage in-office and telemedicine clinics as per the outlined schedule Participate in Friday night beeper call coverage Maintain compliance with facility policies and patient care protocols

- Every 4th Friday : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (In-Office Clinic, first patient at 9 : 00 AM)
- On-Call Shift Schedule : Night beeper call on Fridays
- Call Type : Beeper
