This academic medical center operates a comprehensive Level I trauma center emergency department with 71 beds and handles approximately 165 visits daily. The facility provides specialized services including comprehensive stroke care and chest pain center capabilities. The emergency department offers extensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, social services, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary support to ensure comprehensive patient care.
