Kentucky License / Eligible. DEA registration. Board certification or active participation in the examination process. 7-on 7-off Schedule. Competitive salary guarantee for up to 3 years and a lucrative production model after guarantee period. Additional quality-based bonus. Up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives including sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, residency bonus, and relocation assistance. 1 week CME, $4,000. 33 days PTO plus 6 paid holidays per year. Paid malpractice insurance / tail coverage. Eligible for student loan forgiveness through federal and state forgiveness programs. Health benefits include medical, dental, vision, health spending accounts, short-term disability, MyWellness benefits, and mental health resources. Retirement options (both standard and ROTH options) through Fidelity with up to 3% match PLUS an additional annual company contribution of 3% of your salary to your choice of 401k or pension plan. EPIC- electronic health record system integrated throughout all hospital and practice locations.

Responsibilities
- Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities.
- Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards.
- Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility.
- Educate patients on both clinical and managed care.
- Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate.
- Function as an effective clinic team member.
- Meet productivity standards.
- Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information.

Pay Range
$158 - $200 / hour.
