Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers as they select pottery and paints, explaining basic techniques and ensuring a positive experience.Maintain a clean, organized studio environment, including table setup and supply restocking.Handle sales transactions using our POS system (Square / Clover), process payments, and manage studio inventory.Support studio events and workshops, helping with setup, instructions, and cleanup.Fire ceramics, glaze pieces, and learn new studio processes (training provided).QualificationsInterest in art, ceramics, or crafts; prior experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills.Reliable and punctual, willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.Schedule & CompensationPart-time : 10-20 hours / week, with shifts available during days, evenings, and weekends.Compensation : Competitive hourly wage (based on experience).
