Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Home Automation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of home automation systems, including smart lighting, security systems, HVAC controls, audio / video systems, and other connected devices. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of networking, electrical systems, and smart home technology, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Installation and Configuration :

Install, configure, and integrate a wide range of home automation systems, including smart lighting, security cameras, thermostats, door locks, and audio / video equipment.

Provide technical support to clients, both on-site and remotely, to resolve issues with home automation systems.

Perform regular maintenance and updates on installed systems to ensure they are functioning optimally.

Maintain detailed records of installations, configurations, and customer interactions.
