Director of AI Implementation (L5 / L6)

We are looking for a high-impact AI Implementation Director (L5 & L6) who can immediately take ownership of strategic projects focused on scale and efficiency. You must be proficient with Large Language Models (LLMs) and have experience building and deploying agented AI workflows to automate administrative work and machine monitoring. You will be a resource with a machine learning coding background who can ramp up quickly to help leverage AI to handle the projected business growth.

Location :

Boston, MA / Seattle, WA (5x on-site)

Day to day :

Put together mechanisms or AI agents to plan deployment activities.

Develop tools to automatically generate and submit weekly reporting and SIM tickets.

Build systems for monitoring the performance of machines and technology.

Design AI solutions for visual inspections of technologies to automate the manual process.

Work on specific automation ideas tied to high-level team goals.

Build infrastructure tooling’s to eliminate admin-related work and scale deployments across sites.

Must haves :

Minimum 12-15 years’ overall work experience, with 5-8 years at an L5 / L6 level or equivalent.

Experience in developing AI tools and working around machine learning platforms.

A strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).

Proven ability to build and deploy agented AI workflows.

Basic machine learning coding experience.

Experience coming into a project and helping build a tool to enable team scalability.

Plusses :

Willingness to sit in-office.

Prior experience that aligns with managing or leveraging AI to enable massive growth in deployments.

Salary and Compensation :

The hourly rate for this position is between

$95 – $100 per hour . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
