A company is looking for a Director of IT Change Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver the IT change management strategy, ensuring technology changes drive user adoption and behavior change

Work across IT and business functions to secure consensus from leaders and mitigate resistance to change

Track and analyze adoption metrics to inform decisions and report outcomes to leadership

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in change management or digital transformation, with 5+ years in IT environments

Proven track record in designing change management frameworks that improve adoption outcomes

Experience in developing marketing campaigns and managing stakeholder relationships

Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to measure success and adjust initiatives

Relevant certifications in change management are valued but not required
