Factory Automation Sales Applications Engineer

Salary : Up to $125,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with customers and engineers to tailor solutions to complex automation challenges.
- Produce and review engineering drawings essential for development processes.
- Lead engineering design review sessions to ensure alignment and coherence amongst team members.
- Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective resources, ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop customer-specific pricing and create detailed, profitable sales proposals.
- Engage in both domestic and international travel to client sites, providing direct support and fostering relationships.
Minimum Position Qualifications :
Associate degree in engineering or related field.At least three years of sales application engineering experience in an industrial setting.Minimum of one-year hands-on experience with industrial robotic automation.Strong foundation in robotic welding systems and applications.Knowledge of electric motors, servo systems, and their applications in automation.Proficient with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).Ability to travel as required for project needs.Solid work history demonstrating reliability and commitment to previous engagements.Must be a United States citizen or hold a valid Green Card.Resides within a 45-minute drive of the Pewaukee, Wisconsin area.Preferred Qualifications :
