Digital Media and Analytics Specialist
Position Summary :
The Digital Media and Analytics Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and analyzing digital content across Minden Physician Practices' platforms to promote clinic visibility, enhance patient engagement, and support organizational goals. This position combines creative design, strategic communication, and analytical reporting to ensure that all digital and print materials align with approved branding, compliance standards, and the mission of Minden Physician Practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality digital content across social media platforms on behalf of Minden Physician Practices and its clinics.
- Use software such as Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, Canva, and other creative tools to produce compliant, engaging, and brand-consistent materials.
- Capture authorized photography and videography of providers, staff, buildings, and events for use in marketing and educational materials.
- Ensure all content follows Minden Medical Center and Minden Physician Practices social media and marketing policies, including verification of signed photo consent forms prior to publication.
- Obtain content approval from the MPP Director prior to posting, and collaborate with providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc.) on clinic-specific materials.
- Develop and standardize branding templates for all clinics, including letterheads, forms, signage, and other branded materials.
- Assist with survey creation, deployment, and analytics, compiling results and reporting key findings and engagement trends to the MPP Director and administrative leadership.
- Track digital performance metrics and engagement data to assess the impact of digital campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a secure, organized archive of all media content, files, and project materials; ensure all digital assets are properly backed up and protected.
- Complete assigned content and administrative tasks timely, accurately, and in alignment with MPP standards.
- Support administrative projects and initiatives as directed by the MPP Director.
- Adhere to confidentiality, HIPAA, and all applicable regulatory and organizational policies.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily in an office environment, with occasional travel to clinic sites or community events for photography, filming, or project needs.Must be able to lift or carry camera and media equipment as required.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
