Junior Attorney

You will work closely with our senior partners and associates, conduct legal research, draft documents, and maintain client files. Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently
• Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and / or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys
• Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff
• Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used proceedings and contract negotiations
• Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action Qualifications :
• Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association)
• Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school
• Successful completion of the bar exam
• Willingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base Compensation : 100000
