Packaging Trainer 1 - 2nd Shift

Training Associate

Training Associate is responsible for training and developing hourly teammates and supporting the warehouse within their department. When not training, they follow their departments associate job description.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conducts new hire training on the floor.
• Implements different training methods where applicable.
• Identifies targeted re-training opportunities based on Quality Audit results.
• Ability to train to work instructions and translate documented processes into repeatable task with consistency.
