Corporate Development Role
Corporate Development leads the establishment of Biogen's corporate strategy and is responsible for the identification, assessment and negotiation of external opportunities to augment Biogen's pipeline, as well as integration of acquired companies and management of relationships with Biogen's partners.
The Search & Evaluation Director will be contributing to the search and evaluation process to proactively identify and evaluate external growth opportunities for inbound partnering (e.g., collaborations, licensing, and M&A) in the Neuroscience, Immunology, and / or Rare Disease therapeutic areas for Biogen with potential for growth.

You are a team-player with demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, who operates with independence but requires some guidance for complex projects. You must have expertise on the scientific, technical and competitive landscape(s) in the Neuroscience, Immunology, and / or Rare Disease therapeutic areas, to develop scenarios and prosecution rationales, and to make thoughtful recommendations to senior management.

The base compensation range for this role is : $192,000.00-$264,000.00. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short-term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
