LIFE Senior Services Vintage Housing is looking for a dynamic Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure a welcoming, well-maintained environment for our residents. If you have a proven track record in property management, enjoy problem-solving, and are committed to high-quality service, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Community Leadership : Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth management of our properties, from building maintenance to resident relations.
• Leasing & Compliance : Lead the leasing process and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations, including LIHTC and Fair Housing laws.
• Financial Management : Manage rent collections, budgeting, and vendor payments while ensuring financial goals are met.
• Resident Satisfaction : Foster strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Team Management : Supervise maintenance staff, ensuring work orders and make-readies are completed efficiently.

Requirements :

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

Minimum 2 years of property management, or related, experience. Preferred 3+ years of experience in Affordable Housing and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP). High School Diploma or equivalency.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS :

Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and Auto Liability Insurance.
