We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to our Office Manager to work Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and some Saturdays. You will be working side by side with our very experienced Office Manager to perform tasks to assist her in running an office in a busy car dealership and will function with her as support staff for our sales, finance, service, and parts departments. Responsibilities :

• Breakdown of vehicle deals, send paperwork to financial institutions, title paperwork to the state, process and follow up on payoffs, and more.
• File paperwork
• Order supplies
• Answer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner

Cover the reception desk during lunchtime

Qualifications :

Automotive dealership administrative experience is strongly preferred

MS Office proficient with good clerical and communication skills

Follows direction, takes initiative and has a positive attitude

Dependable with a good work ethic and professional appearance
