CHI St. Alexius Health in Dickinson, North Dakota, is excited to welcome a  Board-Certified / Board-Eligible OB / GYN  to our growing womens health team. This is a  replacement position with immediate patient demand  - the perfect chance to step into a busy practice while helping shape the future of OB / GYN services in western North Dakota.

With  over 600 babies delivered annually , excellent surgical support, and a strong referral base from our on-campus primary care, pediatrics, internal medicine, and surgery teams, this is an outstanding opportunity for an OB / GYN who values  community, continuity of care, and professional growth.

High-Volume OB Practice - 600+ deliveries per year, with a Level II nursery

Strong Surgical Support - block OR time for GYN procedures

Robust Procedures - including C-sections, hysterectomies (laparoscopic, open, vaginal), hysteroscopies, laparoscopies, ablations, D&Cs, LEEPs, colposcopies, IUDs, and more

Compensation & Benefits Package

Competitive Base Salary : $381,910

Productivity Incentive : wRVU threshold 6,925; Conversion Factor $55.15

Forgivable Loan Program : Generous 3-year commitment incentive

Relocation Assistance : Up to $15,000

CME Allowance :  $3500 for single boarded; $5000 for double boarded physicians

Paid Time Off : 40 days (320 hours) per year
