Proposal Manager

Overview

B3H Corp is looking for an experienced Proposal Manager for Federal and DoD business development efforts across the Company portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for authoring new proposals as well as existing opportunities.

B3H is a leader in building winning DoD and corporate teams. B3H provides the full spectrum of strategic planning, program management, acquisitions management, systems engineering & integration, cost analysis, training, systems requirements analysis, and instructional system design for the DoD. B3H delivers quality performance with complete government visibility and control. Corporate headquarters are in Shalimar, Florida. However, this position is able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and derive functional and technical requirements from RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and other similar procurement solicitations.
• Produce high-quality written content, often technical in nature, for inclusion in responses to procurement solicitations.
• Interview projects SMEs to gain customer-specific and solution area information in support of writing.
• Write Past Performances research and work with Project/Program Managers to collect additional content to produce a comprehensive and compelling response.
• Respond to RFI/RFP/RFQ's on time
• Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering writing, review, and approval.
• Develops proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.
• Prepares presentation by evaluating text, graphics, and coordinating printing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Proposal Writing 2-5 years.
• Experience writing management and technical proposal sections in response to Federal / DoD solicitations.
• Knowledge of word processing software.
• Expert level proficiency with MS Word.
• Current DoD Security Clearance Required
