Schedule : Monday-Friday

Salary : $85,000-$100,000

Key Responsibilities (Property Accountant) : Property Accountant

  • Prepare and analyze property level financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
  • Lead year-end audits and common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for property managers and senior leadership

    • Qualifications (Property Accountant) : Property Accountant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of accounting experience in the property accounting or real estate industry preferred
