Raytheon\'s Effector Power and Analog Design (EPAD) Team is looking for an Electrical Engineer with education and experience in performing circuit card testing and troubleshooting to the component level utilizing schematics and test equipment.

What You Will Do

The Effector Power and Analog Design Department is responsible for the development, from concept to integration, of power systems from all round to the lowest level power regulation; servo electronics supporting all mechanical motion in our products and low noise mixed signal electronics that provides analog to digital interface to our front-end sensors; Telemetry and Flight Termination products. Each of these products generally operates in lower power and voltage ranges less than 10kW and 1000V.

Working with a team of engineers performing electrical tests and troubleshooting on subassemblies, assemblies, and systems for conformance to specifications.

Advanced understanding and ability to apply the theory of operation for the unit under test to enable determination of faulty product for design, workmanship, environmental and / or component defects on complex electronics.

Work on systems validation, test and analysis while working through all phases of integration, and test validation activities within the Labs.

Ensure customer success through the development and execution of innovative and comprehensive test, verification, and validation strategies, processes, tools and techniques.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years\' experience
• Experience with prints, schematics, sketches, and test procedures.
• Experience troubleshooting circuit cards, at the component level
• Experience with using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators or spectrum analyzers

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
