Purpose
Accountable for leading, guiding, and directing St. Joseph's Properties functional responsibilities. Provide functional expertise and ensure fulfillment of performance and service standards in alignment with organizational strategy. Responsible for consistent operating performance and achieving financial goals. Identifies, defines, and solves complex problems that impact the management and direction of the business. Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistency and integration of strategy. Maintain awareness of new industry developments and standards.

Pay Range : $58,240-81,952
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
