Chewy is growing! We are looking for an Associate Director of Product Management to join the Gift Cards team in either our Seattle, Minneapolis, or Boston office. This product leader will own end-to-end product management and business operations for Chewy Gift Cards! You will partner with engineering, design, and analytics, and other product and business leaders across Chewy, and with our external business partners, to drive continued growth of the business. What You’ll Do :
- Be responsible for all aspects of the Gift Cards P&L.
- Be responsible for the roadmap for on-site Gift Cards purchase experiences.
- Lead external partner relationships, finding agreement and expanding our digital and physical issuance channels.
- Continuously evaluate measures of success (critical metrics) and customer feedback to track business performance and translate insights into clear requirements for product enhancements and new features.
- Create business goals and define mechanisms to track performance of Gift Cards; communicate impact clearly across the organization and used to drive prioritization.
