Compensation Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2050-$2100 Dialysis RN Job Details Location : Burlington, VT 05401 Assignment Length : 16 weeks Start Date : November 17, 2025 Shifts : Flexible scheduling with day (08 : 00 - 17 : 30) and night (17 : 30 - 03 : 00) options; 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts as needed Hours per Week : 36 On-Call : 1 day of call every 7 days with weekend call rotation; call and floating required Holiday Coverage : Willingness to work 2 out of 4 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day) Dialysis Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Vermont or compact state Minimum 3 years of acute dialysis nursing experience in a large (500 beds), teaching hospital Previous travel nursing experience required (no first-time travelers) Recent EPIC EMR charting experience (within the past 2 years) Current AHA BLS certification Experience caring for critically ill patients in an acute care unit Apheresis experience preferred COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical / religious exemptions for Flu only) Vehicles must have all-season or snow tires from November to April Dialysis RN Responsibilities Deliver acute dialysis care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced hospital setting Adapt to variable shift lengths (8, 10, or 12 hours) as needed by the dialysis unit Participate in on-call and weekend rotations; float to other units as required Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and adaptability in a teaching hospital environment Apply now to join our healthcare team and take the next step in your travel nursing career with this rewarding Dialysis RN job in Burlington, Vermont!
