Conflicts Attorney - Bar Licensed

A company is looking for a Conflicts Attorney to manage ethical and business risks related to new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze conflicts search results and propose resolutions for potential ethical and business conflicts

Review terms of engagement and outside counsel guidelines as part of the conflicts analysis process

Communicate with Firm attorneys and General Counsel to facilitate the conflicts clearance process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor degree

Bar admission in good standing in any US state or the District of Columbia

Minimum of two years of conflicts experience in a large law firm environment, preferred

Knowledge of common business structures and experience with conflicts databases

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
