Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physicist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 10 / 27 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 39 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Physician Assistant- Pain Management Nellis AFB, NV 13 weeks Qualifications : 2 years of experience as a clinical psychologist post completion of an APA accredited Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program Shall have and maintain a current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in any one of the 50 states BLS and ACLS Board Certification : HCW must hold current certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Maintenance of required certification is mandatory – OR Must hold a Nurse Practitioner certification from either the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) OR American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Experience : Shall have a minimum of 24 months of experience working as a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner within the last 36 months. Previous experience in pain management or related fields is required, including knowledge of interventional pain management techniques, pharmacotherapy for chronic pain, and multimodal pain management strategies.
