Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.

Sign-on Bonus for Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA is $5k!

Responsibilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA : (include but are not limited to)

Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans

Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis

Design behavior intervention plans

Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals

Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans

Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis

Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes

Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised

Requirements :

Current Board Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

Must be licensed with the state of Utah licensing board as an LBA
