Survey Project Coordinator

Description

The Project Coordinator position is primarily responsible for project coordination and support services for the Survey business line. Will also assist the CAD Manager and Project Manager in processing and QA / QC of all data and project deliverables. They assist with project estimating, tracking, research, and setup.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities

• QC project office and field work on daily basis.
• Provides field assistance and support periodically.
• Coordinates multiple projects at once.
• Assigns individual team members key responsibilities as needed.
• With Project manager direction, coordinates activities of the team.
• Assist in developing and managing project schedules.
• Coordinates submittal efforts and quality reviews.
• Close-out project coordination and assistance as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
