This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely updates.
  • Coordinate and organize events, including preparing materials and managing registrations.
  • Handle inbound calls professionally and provide prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize tools like Smartsheet and Microsoft Outlook to streamline administrative processes.
  • Support community and organizational events by overseeing logistics and event execution.
  • Prepare and distribute registration forms and statements for various activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and task completion.
  • Provide general administrative support to enhance the efficiency of daily operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.
  • Strong skills in event coordination and handling logistics.
  • Experience with tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
