Compensation & Benefits $60,000-$90,000 per year, based on experience Company Cell Phone Plan Health Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off and Vacation Pay Professional Development Opportunities As a Landscape Architect your responsibilities will include Collaborating with design team to create 2D and 3D landscape designs Professionally communicating with clients through email, phone calls, virtual and face-to-face meetings Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for estimating and construction purposes Communicating with vendors and subcontractors to create accurate proposals Required Experience Must be a Licensed Landscape Architect in the state of North Carolina Working knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling based programs 2 years of experience in landscape architecture / design.
Computer skills including email, excel spreadsheets, and Google Suite Ideal Qualifications and Skills Professional landscape design experience that they don’t wonder if they have enough experience to apply.
Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if that’s what it takes to get something done Knows all the hot keys in Autodesk AutoCAD Can hand sketch - and those sketches are not stick figures Jedi-level with AutoCAD + Rhino3d + Luminon to produce beautiful plans / renders Gifted communicator Gets stuff DONE!
