Base pay range

$55,000.00 / yr - $75,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research on residential real estate industry and demographic trends, market conditions, interviews, and site visits
• Aggregate, analyze, and develop recommendations based on market data
• Create supporting exhibit packages for consulting assignments
• Support the project team in preparing reports and presentations to synthesize conclusions and recommendations
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Provide support for internal initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed
