Property Administrator – Temp-to-Hire
Location : Monroeville, PA (Onsite)
Schedule : Tuesday through Saturday (Saturday hours required)
Are you someone who enjoys helping people and keeping things organized? We’re looking for a Property Administrator to join our client’s team in Monroeville, PA. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that assists residents with applications, answers questions, and supports current tenants with their needs. What You’ll Do :
Welcome and guide prospective residents through the application process
Respond to questions about property features, policies, and availability
Assist current tenants with requests, concerns, and general support
Keep accurate records of resident interactions and application status
Work closely with maintenance and management to resolve tenant issues
Handle administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and preparing documents
What We’re Looking For :
At least one year of office administration
Experience in property management is a plus
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented and trustworthy with confidential information
Willingness to work Saturdays as part of your regular schedule
Pay Details : $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
