Job description

Bayhealth Medical Group  seeks Pediatric Hospitalists to join a newly employed group in Kent and Sussex County, Delaware.

What We Offer :

  • 24 / 7 in-house coverage with flexible 12 to 24-hour shifts.
  • Support from full-time Neonatologists and full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.
  • Access to a well-established Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) program, including genetic counseling services.
  • Opportunities to work in a Level II and Level I campus with OB / ED and OB / OR suites.
  • Sussex Campus is Level I -Well baby stabilize and transfer services.
  • Kent Campus Level II
  • Full-time lactation services available to support breastfeeding families
  • A team of experienced and stable OB hospitalists and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
