Showroom Sales Associate

We're growing! Steven Singer Jewelers is opening a brand-new showroom in Newtown, PA, and we're looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our in-store sales team. As a Sales Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, guiding customers through one of life's most meaningful purchases. Whether it's an engagement ring, a gold dipped rose, or a just-because gift, your goal is to provide an unforgettable experience rooted in trust, expertise, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized and high-end customer experience from the moment guests walk through the door
• Build strong relationships with clients by listening, educating, and helping them find the perfect piece
• Maintain deep product knowledge to confidently speak to diamonds, metals, styles, and services
• Support customers throughout the entire sales process - from consultation and selection to checkout and packaging
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet personal and store-wide sales goals
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term loyalty
• Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
