Global Payroll Director

A company is looking for a Director of Global Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Lead global payroll operations ensuring timely and accurate processing for employees across multiple countries

Manage payroll accounting tasks including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close

Drive automation and process improvements while overseeing third-party payroll providers and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

10+ years of progressive payroll experience, including 5+ years in global payroll operations

Deep expertise in payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance

Hands-on knowledge of payroll / accounting systems and advanced skills in Google Suite and Excel

Technical capability in SQL and data warehousing concepts, with experience in automation

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA and / or CPP preferred)
