Senior Global IT Vendor and Finance Analyst / IT Vendor & FinOps / Hybrid / Fairview, OR
Our client is a global manufacturing organization. Based out of Fairview, Oregon, they are looking to hire a Senior Global IT Vendor and Finance Analyst on a full-time (FTE) basis.
This is a brand-new role reporting into the Global PMO with high visibility and direct interaction with senior IT leadership. The #1 draw of this opportunity is the chance to build and own IT Vendor Management and IT FinOps processes from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone with a corporate finance mindset who enjoys driving efficiency, identifying cost savings, and shaping best practices—without people management (for now). You’ll gain exposure to executive decision-making, global IT operations, and long-term growth potential, all while maintaining a healthy hybrid work-life balance.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience managing and coordinating IT vendors (onshore, nearshore, offshore)
- IT FinOps experience managing budgets, forecasts, and spend across software, hardware, licensing, and services
- Ability to establish best practices, identify cost savings, and improve efficiency across IT financial operations
- 5+ years of IT finance and / or FP&A experience
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
- Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar)
