We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for representing clients in litigation matters, advocating for their rights, and ensuring they receive the justice they deserve. This position is essential to our commitment to consumer protection and legal excellence.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings and litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.
• Prepare and present cases in front of judges and juries.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options regarding consumer issues.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
