We are a rapidly growing family-owned business that provides premium temporary surface protection in the US to the construction industry. We are looking for an Operator to work in our Head Office, Production and Distribution Center in Northwest Dallas.

Position Summary


The Operator is an entry level position that will operate the extrusion machine that produces high-quality plastic products used in various industries. Operator will also maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.

What Youll Do

• Assist with setting up and operating extrusion machines.
• Currently hiring for 2nd shift 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. M-F
• Load materials (plastic pellets, colorants, additives) into equipment.
• Monitor production for consistency and quality.
• Perform basic measurements and visual inspections.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Other duties as assigned

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good attention to detail and work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable and punctual.
