Job Details : \n

  • Work Friday through Sunday shifts from 10 : 00 AM to 10 : 30 PM

    • \n

  • Minimal call responsibilities

    • \n

  • Perform CT scans for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency patients

    • \n

  • Work with trauma patients at a Level II facility

    • \n

  • Operate 4 GE CT scanners (2 inpatient, 1 outpatient, 1 in ED)

    • \n

  • Handle average of 12-14 outpatient scans per day, 10 procedure patients daily on designated machine, and approximately 40 ED scans across all shifts

    • \n

  • Use Epic EMR and McKesson PACS systems

    • \n

  • IV insertion preferred but not required

    • \n

  • Required certifications : BLS, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT) preferred

    • \n

  • Radiation badge required (responsibility of traveler's employer)

    • \n

  • Scrubs provided by facility

    • \n

  • One week orientation provided with ongoing supervision and resource support

    • \n

  • Holiday work required in rotation

    • \n

  • No floating to other departments required

The facility maintains four GE CT scanners strategically located throughout the hospital to serve inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department needs. As a Level II trauma center, the facility provides advanced medical care and maintains 24 / 7 radiology services with in-house radiologists during the day and on-call coverage after hours. The organization emphasizes quality patient care and provides ongoing support and resources for their imaging staff.
