Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Hourly Rate : $25$35 per hour ($52000$72800 annual base salary)
• On-Call Compensation : $150 for scheduled on-call duties
• Paid Time Off : 48 hours (increases to 168 hours with tenure)
• Paid Holidays : 7 per year (New Years Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• 401(k) Match : 5% employer match
