The Warren County Educational Service Center's Learning Center Program is seeking dedicated, compassionate individuals to join our team of educators. We work with students who face unique social-emotional and behavioral challenges, often stemming from educational gaps, mental health challenges, or skill deficits. As an employee at one of our two campuses in Franklin and Mason, Ohio, you'll play a vital role in their journey. Imagine :

• Being a beacon of support : Help students navigate emotional crises, learn crucial self-regulation skills, and teach them skills to move along the path to graduation and enter the workforce.
• Empowering change : Implement de-escalation techniques and ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
• Collaborating with experts : Work alongside educators, intervention specialists, mental health workers and other expert professionals to help students overcome barriers on their way to graduation.
• Impacting lives : Contribute to classroom instruction, mentor in life skills and leadership, and model positive behavior, directly influencing student success.
