Shift : 5x8s, MondayFriday with rotating on-call and weekend coverage

Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is actively hiring a Home Health RN for a 13-week travel contract in Charleston, SC. This is an opportunity to deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care in a beautiful coastal city while working with a supportive interdisciplinary team. Locals and travelers both accepted.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct patient visits including SOC, ROC, Recertifications, and Discharges

Use Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for electronic documentation

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medications

Participate in on-call and weekend rotation

Qualifications :

Active RN license in SC or compact state

2+ years of recent home health experience

Homecare Homebase (HCHB) proficiency required

BLS certification (AHA)

Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and car insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
