What You'll Be Doing :

• Schedule and manage inbound delivery appointments with transportation carriers.
• Coordinate with contractors and security to ensure smooth, secure deliveries.
• Track incoming shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate with internal teams to align delivery schedules with operational needs.
• Walk the job site throughout your shift, including outdoor areas in all weather conditions.
• Maintain precise records and resolve any delivery discrepancies.
