Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking an Equipment Operator I to join their team. As an Equipment Operator I, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order picking, packing, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Equipment Operator I

Location : Carol Stream, IL

Pay Range : $19.5

Shift : Sunday through Thursday, 8 : 00 PM to 4 : 30 AM

What's the Job?

• Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to select and transport products efficiently and safely
• Use Sysco Order Selection (SOS) technology to label and palletize products accurately
• Stage pallets for loading at designated dock locations
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment to ensure safety and functionality
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and AIB guidelines
