Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 1 year of recent experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

Acute care hospital setting in the Interventional Radiology department

Working with various interventional radiology and cardiology cases

Uses Epic EMR system; experience with Epic is required

Day shift, 4x10 hour shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM

Floating required between all facilities within the state as needed

All staff expected to float as needed; refusal may result in termination

Scrub attire can be any color; L&D & OR scrubs are provided

Must commit to working at least 3 out of 5 major holidays during assignment

Local candidates under 50 miles are considered local

Returning staff may return after a 3-month gap and must reside outside 50 miles

LA Fire Card within the last 30 days required for consideration

Pre-assignment online modules required for orientation

Free parking available on site

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year recent Interventional Radiology experience required

Active CA state license required if applicable

BLS certification and any other necessary certifications must be current

Proficiency with Epic EMR required

Two supervisory references covering at least 1 year within the past 3 years in a comparable specialty / setting
