Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and a solid understanding of construction? We're looking for an Estimator to join a leading commercial roofing contractor with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and long-term client relationships.

This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of the estimating process for large-scale roofing projects across the Northeast.

What You'll Do :

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects, including new construction, re-roofing, and repairs
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and site conditions to develop comprehensive bids
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing and scope details
• Assist in bid strategy, proposal development, and client presentations
• Maintain cost databases and historical pricing to support future estimates
