Lead Loader is responsible for making sure that the windows are loaded into the trucks. This role is in charge of quickly and efficiently inspecting window orders very accurately. The Lead Loader will be able to recognize or differentiate between various types of windows including differences between varieties of similar classes of windows.

Essential Duties

• Comply with Boral Safety Policies.
• Regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility.
• Make sure that the windows get into the truck.
• Ensure load accuracy at check-in and check-out by physically counting.
• Enter inventory data in handheld and maintain all required records.
• Check for customer orders by following standard operating procedures.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain required records.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities requested by the supervisor.
