Job description

We're looking for an Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team in North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to bridge business strategy and technology.

Responsibilities :

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Support process mapping, documentation, and solution design
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define system requirements
  • Prepare clear reports and communicate insights effectively

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and analysis
  • Proficiency with Excel and presentation tools
