Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed targets and maintain a customer-first approach in all activities
Conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities and present recommendations to management
Establish trust through personalized conversations and address customer inquiries with empathy
Required Qualifications
BA / BS or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of experience in client service, account management, or customer relations
Experience in aging care, financial services, insurance, or healthcare
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
