About the Company

We are a rapidly growing almond processor and packer dedicated to providing growers with exceptional service, innovative processing solutions, and strong market relationships. We're expanding our team with a motivated Grower Representative to help strengthen our existing grower network while cultivating new partnerships for the future.

Position Overview

As a Grower Representative , you'll serve as the primary liaison between our company and almond growers-building and maintaining relationships, securing contracts, and ensuring that each grower receives outstanding service and communication throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with almond growers

Negotiate and secure grower contracts for new and existing accounts

Communicate regularly with growers regarding quality, schedules, and market conditions

Represent the company at grower meetings, field days, and industry events

Collaborate with internal teams on logistics, payments, and contract execution

Track and report on grower acquisition, retention, and performance metrics

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in almond, tree nut, or agricultural procurement / sales

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field (preferred)

In-depth knowledge of the California almond industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Highly motivated, organized, and self-directed

Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned region
