Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Commercial Plumber with Mechanical Engineering or MEP background to lead plumbing and process piping systems.

You will function as a field engineer + lead installer , combining hands-on plumbing expertise with engineering-level design review, system commissioning, and coordination with HVAC, electrical, and controls teams. Data center construction experience is a must this is not a residential, retail, or light commercial role . You will install and commission high-purity process piping, chilled water loops, RO / DI water systems, and waste neutralization supporting 100+ MW of compute power.

5+ years of commercial / industrial plumbing experience

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in data center construction (Tier III / IV facilities, hyperscale, or colocation)

Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field OR Journeyman Plumber License + 6+ years field experience

MEP coordination experience must understand HVAC, electrical, and fire protection interfaces

Welding / Brazing Certification (preferred) for steel and copper

Medical Gas, Backflow, or ASSE 12080 Certification (preferred)

Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License (or ability to reciprocity within 30 days)

OSHA 30-Hour (current)

Preferred Skills

Prior work on hyperscale data centers or mission-critical facilities

Lean construction / Pull Planning experience
