Role includes serving as a CFY Supervisor for a CFY candidate

Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking an experienced and supportive Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor to join our in-house therapy team on a PRN basis. This role focuses on providing supervision for a Clinical Fellow (CFY), ensuring compliance with all professional and ASHA guidelines while contributing to excellent resident care.

Responsibilities

Provide PRN speech-language pathology services as needed

Serve as CFY Supervisor , providing required supervision, mentoring, and documentation

Ensure all supervision meets state and ASHA requirements

Support the development of individualized treatment plans and clinical skills for the CFY

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care

Complete, accurate, and timely documentation

Qualifications

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Indiana

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Must be at least 18 years of age

Experience supervising CFY candidates preferred

SNF or long-term care experience preferred
